Our mobile learning and engagement product combines mobile technologies and the backend as a service with game design, behavioural science, learning content, and big data.

To scale further, we require an inspired individual who is seeking to challenge his or her skill set and, in the process, develop previously unthinkable solutions!

Role: Head of Customer Success

Key Result Areas :

- Develop strong relationships with clients, and continually drive business value.

- Responsible for increasing learner adoption and ensuring learner engagement/utilization and satisfaction to build brand loyalty and grow our learner base.

Roles Responsibilities :

- Maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty.

- Experimenting & developing engagement/retention strategies and measuring impact on an ongoing basis.

- Supporting customers via chat groups and improving learner feedback based on complaints/ queries from learners.

- Supporting the internal team in driving customer success.

- Handling multiple client implementations and identifying a process to scale the management of client implementations.

- Identifying areas of cross-selling / up-selling in collaboration with the business development team.

- Having an eye for detail and being quality-conscious while interacting with a client

- To be an excellent team player with the ability/experience of working on 5-6 projects in parallel.

- To be proactive, operationally excellent make things happen!

Background &Experience :

Essential :

- Candidates with 6+ years of experience with demonstrable achievements and strong academic background.

- Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, Psychology, Business Administration, or Economics preferred.

- Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working with clients.

- Self-starter who can own ongoing customer success of both large and small clients

5. Very Strong written and verbal presentation/communication skills

Desirable :

- Experience and interest in analyzing data sets is preferable.

- Hands-on experience in running queries or experience in R / Python is a bonus
