Master O - Enterprise Sales Role (4-6 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Generate an ongoing pipeline of leads & sales activities (calls, meetings and proposals) through various campaigns with a focus on target industries and geographies

2. Develop & support in building the sales pipeline, MIS, and tracking key metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

3. Drive & achieve sales targets based on industry, company & product focus to achieve these results, you will need to be (or quickly become) a Master Of:

- Understanding the client's Business Objectives and Digital Learning strategy

- Maintaining high levels of energy with a focus on customer engagement, satisfaction and loyalty

- Connecting with and leading meetings with CXO level members, especially the heads of sales, customer service, COO, CDO, among others

4. Understanding the business drivers of client organizations and target industries and how our solution can support their business plans, operating plans and ensure business value

5. Providing effective and innovative solutions to client problems or focus areas, including packaging of the solution and driving high value deals that are profitable for the customer as well as InspireOne

Essential :

1. Candidates with 4-6 year of experience in enterprise & outbound sales

2. Demonstrable achievements or strong academic background

3. Bachelors & Masters Degree in Engineering, Maths, Business Administration, Psychology or Economics preferred

4. Self-starter who likes to initiate & achieve goals

5. Goal oriented and numbers driven individual who is passionate about achieving targets and building a strong ethics-based sales culture

6. Very fluent written and verbal business-based presentation and communication skills

7. High energy and drive that percolates across other interest areas outside of work

Desirable :

- Preferably has experience in selling/marketing solutions such as Sales Analytics, Learning Solutions, Customer Support Solutions, Sales Intelligence, HR solutions, among others

1. Experience and interest in analyzing data sets is preferable

2. Experience in running marketing campaigns & events

3. Experience with sales intelligence tools & CRM
