Massive Mobility - Business Development Specialist (1-4 yrs)

- We are looking for an Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Business Development Specialist to join us. The BDS will work to accelerate our growth in the electric vehicle charging infrastructure in India. The electric vehicle infrastructure market is expanding at a rapid pace. EV Infrastructure is one of the few markets that continued to expand in the recent challenging economic environment. The projections for future growth are significant.

- The selected candidate for this role will commercialize the entire Massive Mobility's product offering for application inside the EV charging infrastructure solution environment. The EV Infrastructure BDS selected candidate will be working closely with clients to strategically design end-to-end EV Infrastructure solutions that work with almost every business. The new member of our team should be customer-focused, understand how to quickly qualify opportunities, be able to work both independently and with various Massive Mobility teams.

Responsibilities :

1. Identify market opportunities by recognizing potential customers for the SaaS product thereby owning the revenue target

2. Establish clear and stable partnerships with players in the industry, with particular focus on pitching our SaaS product

3. Maintaining customer relationships by providing assistance, information, and guidance; researching and proposing new opportunities

4. Know the top accounts of competitors, decision-makers, costs and what it would take to gain more business in the industry

5. Managing large accounts and growing their business

6. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Holding regular business review meetings and maintaining the performance metrics.

7. Regular communication with internal key stakeholders to help build a learning culture within the company

8. Contribute to building the overall strategy for the SaaS business

9. Own the target to list EV chargers from other CPOs on the company's EV app for gaining more traction and visibility on the ground

10. Contribute to internationalization of the SaaS business

11. Have frequent conversations with partners to identify industry trends and exchange learnings.

12. Explore new synergies and build new partnerships avenues, turn them to playbooks and train new members

13. Manage the entire sales cycle process and be the point of contact for clients

14. Excellent network to stay updated about the happenings in the market.

15. To be able to present well and create an impact on clients and prospects.

Qualification :

- 1-4 years of experience in core SaaS BD/sales in a software product company EV domain experience will be preferred

- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written

- Strong relationship building and nurturing skills

- Good communication & negotiation skills

- Values and tries to assimilate the company's culture

- Highly Self Driven

- Highly energetic and positive outlook

- Strong process-orientation

- Startup experience would be a plus
