- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Achieve inside sales objectives by generating qualified leads and meet desired targets.

- Well versed in making Pharma sales calls to decision makers.

- Identifying key network

- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

- Should have cold calling experience.

- Creating and maintaining a database

- Work with field sales to develop and execute Account Based Sales Development strategies targeting the right person at the right time, with the right message.

- Good understanding of networking sites

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Email

- A self-motivated, highly driven work ethic

- Ability to grow and learn as the company grows

- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
