The Position :

- We are on the hunt for an innovative Product Content Marketing Specialist, to work with our marketing team and drive our product vision.

- Reporting to the Senior Brand & Product Marketing Manager


 - You will work with our Demand Generation & Brand and Product Marketing team to identify and produce the best content formats to drive awareness and adoption of our assorted products and features.

- As a seasoned B2B digital content producer with extensive experience in briefing and directing demo & explainer videos, you will drive the production of content that bring our different products, features, and integrations to life. You will work with our design, videographer, and copywriters to create compelling content that clearly communicates and sells the benefits of often complex tech features.

What you will be responsible for :

- Based on value propositions, Go to Market plans, competitive positioning, messaging, and overall brand guidelines provided from the Brand & Product Marketing Team and with close collaboration with the Demand Generation team:

- Identify appropriate content formats that bring our various products and features to life and provide a suitable suite of assets to use across all paid, earned, and owned channels. Including the following asset formats:

- Videos - demo walkthroughs, and product/benefit explainers

- Animated GIFs

- Product imagery

- Presentation & Webinar Decks

- Display advertising creative

- In-app promotion creative

- eBooks

- Infographics

- Interactive tools (online quizzes/calculators etc)

- Manage the backlog, prioritisation, and timely delivery of all product-focused content assets to align to the marketing roadmap timelines.

- Create briefs and storyboards for product-focused content assets for the creative studio team (videographer, designer, and website developers).

- Write copy and provide briefs to in-house copywriters where additional support is required.

- Oversee the effective execution of all product content assets by the marketing team ensuring they meet all brief requirements coordinating feedback and seeing each asset through to completion.

- Ensure all product content assets align to our target value proposition, competitive positioning, Go to Market plans and branding.

- Embed fact-based storytelling into our media production to communicate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.

What you will need to bring to Maropost :

- Ability to oversee the production of high-quality product content assets especially videos and interactive media that promote software features to a B2B audience.

- Able to take strategic positioning and messaging frameworks and ensure these are translated into content assets.

- Strategic content marketer who can work with others to identify the best formats to convey key features and benefits for across different paid, owned and earned channels.

- Creative but technically minded ability to communicate technical features in a compelling, engaging, and concise manner.

- High attention to detail and production standards.

- Highly organised project manager and diligent communicator able to manage multiple projects at once, prioritise and keep track of statuses and ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date and clear on next required actions.

- Proven experience using quantitative data, digital analytics, and experiments to guide which content formats and messaging performs best.

- Test and learn mindset embrace the concept of introducing an MVP and data-gathering experiments then iterating based on market feedback.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and build positive and effective working relationships.

Experience & Education Requirements :

- Proven track record of overseeing the production of high-quality product content assets for B2B brands (ideally software/tech). 


Ability to present a portfolio of such previous content you oversaw the production of including :

- 2+ demo or explainer video content assets you have directed

Other content. Multiple other formats such as :

- Animated GIFs

- Product imagery

- Presentation & Webinar Decks

- Display advertising creative

- In-app promotion creative

- eBooks

- Infographics

- Interactive tools (online quizzes/calculators etc)

Highly Desirable :

- B2B copywriting experience

- Video and image editing capabilities

- Experience with Agile/Scrum operating methods

- Experience of Conversion Rate Optimisation programs


Location : Option work remotely from anywhere in India
