Maro Swag Fashion - Creative Director - Marketing (3-6 yrs)
Desired Candidate Profile :
We are seeking someone who has a creative bent with a strategic mind, has experience creating digital marketing campaigns, understands the social media landscape and its ever-evolving algorithms, is a natural planner and enjoys multi-tasking in a fast-paced, start-up environment. She /He should have shown success working independently and with teams remotely. They will lead all requirements for visual content on the website, product catalogs, presentations for PR/editors/pitches, social media etc.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Deciding how to turn ideas and messages into visuals
- Choosing and approving photographs, artwork, graphics and designs
- Creating and executing for a publication, product or campaign style guide
- Meeting with and creating designs for company or marketing and advertising departments
- Managing and motivating a team. Keeping projects on budget and deadline
- Ideate and plan campaigns with the Strategic Planner and Marketing Manager
- Execute organic & paid marketing campaigns and monitor their performance
- Follow competition & trends, and update existing campaigns to keep the brand differentiated
- Dedicate time to social listening. Organize all information and keep marketing calendars up-to-date
- Stay up-to-date with IG, FB, Pinterest and other social media algorithms to recommend, plan, and implement effective strategies across platforms
Skills and Interests:
- Minimum 3-5 yrs of experience
- Possesses strong design knowledge, both with online and offline media
- Has very strong writing and communication skills and orientation towards technology. Good at managing multiple activities & projects
- More of Ad and Visual Conceptualization
