Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Experience- 2+ years

Location- Jaipur, Rajasthan

Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their requirements.

- Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities.

- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and meet overall company objectives.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Provide timely feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

- Stay informed about industry developments and product updates to effectively communicate key features and benefits to customers.

- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate new business opportunities.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven track record of success in inside sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
