Marketing Specialist - IT (3-10 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Strategy Development : Develop, manage and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, leveraging insights on the Smart Cities, Smart Health, and Industry 4.0 sectors. Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.
2. Market Research : Perform intensive market research to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Use these insights to inform the development of new marketing strategies and campaigns.
3. Product Marketing : Collaborate with the product development teams to market new products and services within these sectors effectively. Gather insights to improve current offerings based on market trends and customer feedback.
4. Content Development and Distribution : Develop and manage compelling content across various media platforms. Plan and execute the dissemination of this content to effectively engage our target audience and showcase our industry expertise.
5. Customer Engagement : Design and implement creative campaigns to improve customer engagement, leveraging advanced digital technologies and data analytics inherent to these sectors. Ensure a consistent and engaging customer journey across all touchpoints.
6. Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using metrics to inform future strategies. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing efforts.
7. Stakeholder Management : Work cross-functionally with various internal teams, including sales, engineering, product management, and customer service, to achieve company goals. Externally, engage with media, industry partners, and clients as necessary to promote our brand and offerings.
8. Industry Events and Networking : Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand, form strategic partnerships and keep abreast of industry developments.
9. Brand Management : Manage and maintain the company's brand image and reputation, positioning the company as a leader within the Smart Cities, Smart Health, and Industry 4.0 sectors.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry, with a strong track record of success.
- Deep understanding of Smart Cities, Smart Health, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Proficiency in various marketing automation software and digital marketing tools.
- Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external partners.
