Marketing Specialist - Consumer Brand (8-10 yrs)

We are looking forward to hire for the role of marketing specialist for one a leading consumer durable brand. Below are the required details for it.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Ideate and lead sales promotions plans for the region to drive footfalls /sales at stores, GT and MT partners.

- Create, own and execute the marketing calendar for the region across Retail, MT outlets.

- Responsible for product launches - communication and media/digital planning.

- Create delightful and innovative in-store experience through story telling methods while adhering to the overall brand objective.

- Manage the store presence and visibility across digital touchpoints by leveraging paid, organic & own media channels

- Draft strong marketing briefs & lead the process of agency briefings & Creative development for all campaign & business objectives

Expectations from the Candidate :

- Ability to work with cross functional teams, with demonstrated examples of influencing key stakeholders with data driven and insightful points of view.

- Ability to clearly communicate processes, strategies and general requirements to both internal and external stakeholders

- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be comfortable working both at the strategic level and diving deep into implementation as needed for managing campaigns and analysing data

- Additional knowledge on interactive marketing concepts & technologies - web, search, social media, event management, community and mobile will be helpful .

- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8 to 10 yrs in Marketing, communications, or related discipline

- Innovative and creative thought process

- Ability to embrace change and shift gears in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities

- Humility & a positive approach at the workplace; someone who is eager to learn & believes in winning with the team

Must to have :
