We are hiring for a platform that is created exclusively for used car dealers by a group of enthusiasts who love cars and are passionate about the industry. This platform has been developed as a perfect alternative to the age-old process of dealing with vehicle trade-ins and to overcome the challenges that existed within the used car industry.

The Job Role & Responsibilities :

- Researches and analyses demographics, pricing schedules, market trends, competitor products, and other information relevant to the company's marketing objectives. Uses marketing expertise to help direct strategy and planning for promotional materials, sales tactics, and other department activities. Creates and develops new campaigns, advertising copy, and other marketing materials.

- Researches and analyses a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data

- Presents findings to marketing teams to help guide the direction and activities of the department

- Develops new marketing strategies and campaigns based on detailed analysis of market forces

- Works with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials Identifies the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the public

- Enforces brand marketing guidelines throughout each product to create a cohesive feel to each campaign

- Provides expert direction and insight to marketing staff members throughout each project or campaign

- Acts as a go-to resource for up-to-date, accurate research and market information Tracks marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback

- Adjusts marketing plans as needed in response to data tracking efforts

- Reports findings and results to upper management and executives

- Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.

- Translating brand strategy into the brand plan and go-to-market strategy.

- Planning and execution of communications and media actions across offline, online, and social media.

- Participating in product development, pricing, and supporting new product launches.

- Guiding the Advertising & Promotion budget.

- Devising actionable strategies from customer insights.

- Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision-making by executing market analysis and research activities and providing insights and recommendations.

- Managing external agencies for the execution of research projects.

- Identifying ideal methodology and providing oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs.

- Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities.

- Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports.

- Supporting the development and launch of new products.

Ideal Candidate Key competencies :

- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Brand/Product Management or Consumer Insights / Market Research within Aviation, Transport & Logistics industry.

- You are experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.

- Experience within New Product Development, would be a strong advantage.

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
