Job Description :
- Build and execute social media strategy through market understanding, competitive research and platform analysis to target audiences.
- Create and publish daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
- Create and mature company social presence by setting up and optimizing company pages within various platforms to increase the visibility.
- Moderate all user-generated content in each community.
- Continuously monitor and gain insights with action plan for various businesses by analysing social data/metrics as well adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key digital advocates and coordinate actions.
