Our client works for premium quality upvc / aluminum windows and doors. They have a manufacture unit, Experience center. They work on Germany profile and Indian Brands.
The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients (Architects, Builders, PMC) and listen to their Requirements, Issues, and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in B2C Sales or Brand Marketing / Brand Manager within Real Estate and Industrial industry.
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
