Contract Role - Marketing & Sales Professionals (Automotive/ Chemicals/ Cement/ Steel/ Metals & Mining/ O&G/ Power-T&D)

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Operations; Advanced degree preferred.

- 8-20 years of sales operations or sales/channel management experience.

- Experience in sales transformations and/or operations projects for the sales functions.

- Experience in change management and understanding of lean management techniques, performance metrics, and dialogues would be a plus.

- Passion for coaching and mentoring; Willingness to - roll up sleeves- and ability to engage all levels of a client organization, especially frontline.

- Solid problem solving and analytical skills.

- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.

- Comfort with extensive travel (4-5 days/week).

Who You Will Work With?

You- ll work as a core part of our consulting teams, shaping and driving sales and commercial transformations. You will provide end-to-end support to ensure the clients are able to deliver improved and sustainable impact. As part of our practice, you will be working in close collaboration with our clients, from senior management to front-line commercial teams.

What You Will Do?

"You will work as an integral part of our consulting teams, helping clients develop and deliver Sales & Channel management improvement programs.

- This includes support during the initial project phases, ensuring that programs are designed for successful implementation and optimally set-up alongside our client's operational and management teams. Furthermore, you will support 'on the ground' during the delivery phase, ensuring that implementation success is a priority. This means you will engage 'hands-on', working in small teams to build our clients' sales capabilities, systems, and processes needed to deliver bottom-line results and ensure those results are sustained. As such, you act as a client-coach and help embed lasting outcomes.

- Being part of our team of sales & marketing implementation consultants provides great opportunities. You will drive lasting impact on critical sales and marketing issues that confront leading institutions by developing practical recommendations and contributing to team discussions on implications of the analysis. You will identify implementation challenges and manage projects and progress, including tracking metrics.

- You will be building our clients sales capabilities, working side by side with the client's sales teams on each engagement, helping them to tackle key operational challenges. Further, you will be facilitating working sessions with the frontline sales team and supervisors, motivating, coaching and encouraging the client team to achieve success beyond their expectations.
