GSE Hiring has a once-a-lifetime opportunity Saas Marketer to develop our product strategy, understand the market opportunity, TAM, and competitive environment to develop our roadmap plan with both mission and tremendous value creation.

You will also create market-leading positioning and compelling product stories that resonate with our customers and drive demand for our suite of products. You will help lead the Go-To-Market plan for each hiring type: Professional, Hourly and Campus

Key duties and responsibilities :

1. Develop and drive go-to-market strategy and solution categories including positioning/messaging, pricing and packaging, sales playbooks, GTM, content (public and sales-enablement), and demand generation plans

2. Market intelligence - be the expert on our buyer personas, their critical business issues, how they buy, and their buying criteria

3. Competitive intelligence - be the expert on our competition and how GSE Hiring wins. Ensure GTM team understands and can clearly communicate key competitive differentiators of the products

4. Build compelling offers to drive new prospect sales as well as cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within our customer base.

5. Develop creative and innovative marketing strategies to gain key buyers (sales/distribution, marketing, compliance, IT) mindshare

Skills:

Landing page creation, Market understanding, Proposal making, Basic Lead generation and Business deal designing

Requirements :

1. 3 Year - 8 Years of enterprise software product marketing experience

2. Prefer to those who have setup Marketing channel from scratch

3. Hiring only A player team-member

4. Experience building and leading a team of product marketers

5. Curiosity to develop a deep understanding of customer personas their core problems and priorities

6. Executive presence - Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience speaking with c-level executives and large groups

7. Competitive mindset - constantly keeping an eye on competitors and the market

8. Analytical - consistently taking input/data from a variety of places and draw forward-looking conclusions for product and marketing plan

9. Prefer to those who have set up Marketing channel from scratch

10. Hiring only A player team
