Marketing Role - Real Estate (5-20 yrs)

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence

- Planning/Monitoring/Executing for all AIPL Social Media Channels (SMO):

- Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/YouTube/Twitter

- Likers Campaigns/Post Boost Campaign/ Lead Generation Campaigns.

- Manage & strategize our social media presence.

- SEO Monitoring and Analysis with digital agency

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO, marketing database, email, SMS, WhatsApp, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

- Design & purpose a project campaign strategy in coordination with the digital agency.

- Develop and monthly campaign budgets.

- Prepare accurate reports on our digital campaign's overall performance & further coordinate with digital agencies to improve results as and when required. Coordination & collaboration with agencies and other vendor partners for digital byproducts:

- 99 Acres, Magic Bricks for planning/negotiation/execution of the campaigns.

- Digital Media Planning/Media buying from other relevant portals like Money Control, Forbes India, and Times of India in association with our digital agency on board.

- Google AdWords campaign planning, executing, and monitoring i.e., Search, Display and Remarketing.

- Regular coordination with the Sales Team/AIPL Associated Channel Partners

- Understand their digital marketing requirement, map, and monitor effectiveness, and help create content that is relevant for the market.

- Planning/executing digital campaigns for our associated channel partner in coordination with the Gurgaon Sales Team.

- To coordinate with the sales team for lead generated through the query form on all websites.

- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Day to Day Monitoring :

- The internet for any negative campaign against AIPL as a brand or for its projects and taking corrective action on the same asap.

- Coordination and negotiation with the digital marketing agency and vendors for successful completion of the above-mentioned tasks.

- Regularly updating the AIPL corporate website and other project micro-sites + landing pages.

i. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic and target audience.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identify the latest trends, mediums, and insights. Hence optimize spending and performance based on the insights.

- Compiling, Tracking & sharing monthly marketing MIS/Expense Sheet/ Financial Budget

- Planning & executing events

- Digital PR Campaigns

- Salesforce System Administrator for workflows, system requirements, platform customization, and lead management system.
