Marketing Role - eCommerce (3-10 yrs)
- Drive traffic, conversions and customer engagement/experience initiatives to enable sustainable business growth on e-commerce
- Analytics, Leading PLS, PPC, display advertising
- Manage Catalogue on e-commerce platforms
- Create & Manage daily/weekly/monthly performance reports at brand & SKU level
- Inventory & demand planning based on DRR
- Keywords & SEO management, run ads based on them.
- Keep track of targeted categories, shopping trends and identify gaps.
- Working effectively with internal departments: creative, ops, revenue and social media teams to maintain brand identity sync, forecast, quality, account health and customer feedback on all platforms and channels.
- Developing pricing'' strategy across all e-commerce platforms to optimise sales growth.
- Work strongly in sync with POCs of various marketplaces and sales channels to increase visibility and revenue on a regular basis.
- Manage and execute promotional campaigns, and overall channel ROI.
- Effectively monitor and work on all sales channels to ensure continuing contribution to sales volume, profit and ROI objectives.
- Monitor order processing, dispatching, allocations with support from the ops team.
- Hands-on knowledge of portals of various marketplaces and different functionalities
- Dealing with e-commerce category managers for product placement and visibility (Ex. Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit etc.)
