Marketing Research Associate - IT (2-4 yrs)

As the Marketing Research Associate, you will lead primary and secondary market research to generate insights that will guide business decisions for our organization.

You are a great fit if you can work with both quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights from the information gathered. You will own the marketing research and analysis aimed at understanding key competitors, existing and potential customers, and general education industry environment in the USA.

Responsibilities:

- Research data on customer's voice from multiple sources and prepare actionable insights for the marketing team

- Track competitor activities across online, events and partnerships. Analyze their messaging and customer opinion

- Monitor company's brand mentions across all marketing channels. Engage in social listening to capture data from key social media channels, review websites and media

- Build, deploy and analyze market surveys to extract useful market insights and monitor the company's brand perception

- Stay on top of the US socio-economic news and education market trends and prepare monthly reports for the management

- Collaborate with the other analytics teams to update the overall market understanding across B2B and B2C. Present new ideas and insights to the management on a regular basis

- Create processes to streamline data extraction, compilation, and analysis for market research activities

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights. MBA preferred

- Excellent reporting skills using MS-Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

- Data-driven decision mentality and ability to derive insights using analytical thinking.
