The position is to :
- Drive communication for new and existing products, customer acquisition via Web and Mobile, customer lifetime value through cross-sell and deepening through communication linked initiatives
Key Accountabilities
- Creative agency management including driving end to acquisition campaigns, deepening initiatives (upsell/cross-sell), engagement campaigns, collaterals for new launches
- Product marketing - Responsible for new product launches, promoting existing products and features to increase usage
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and launch product related digital campaigns and ensuring on-going optimization to decrease cost of acquisition
- Creating collaterals and executing marketing plans for new product launches on digital and offline
- Responsible for ensuring up-sell and cross-sell on the portfolio to increase balances
Required Experience
- Digital marketing experience, Experience with ATL & BTL Marketing
