Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies aligned with organization's objectives.
- Develop marketing initiatives to expand customer base and optimize sales.
- Executing tie-ups, Promotional Activities and events for Brand Promotions to ensure brand visibility and awareness.
- Measure and analyse communication strategy and tactics to optimize effectiveness of Brand Promotions.
- Define the Marketing Budget and analyse on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Define the scope of Corporate Communications & Brand standards for the Brand.
- Determine the departmental budget and allocation of the same.
- Identify and participate in external events as well as plan out larger events.
- Channelizing all activities in the best possible light through various marketing channels to give exposure to the brand.
- Identify and use innovative communication techniques and platforms to enable a better reach.
- Be proactive in relaying the right message at the right time from the right source so as to handle difficult situations if any.
- Selecting the right channels of marketing along with agencies.
- Responsible for Brand Communications on various projects at different sites.
- Creating awareness among internal members and different partners about organization brand guidelines to be followed and adhered to.
Industry Preference : Real Estate
Relevant Experience : 3 to 7 years
