Job Responsibilities:

MAIN JOB PURPOSE;

(E-commerce site) was started with the objective of building a platform that generates great beauty content which answers consumer needs/queries and interacts with consumers beyond brand advertising.

The task at hand is twofold.


(1) Building credibility and awareness of the platform is important as, discovered- content needs to be backed with credibility to influence the health of the brands we speak about.


(2) When it comes to searched content either through YouTube or through Google, it is important that's our brands are represented well in the content we drive up in organic search as consumers don't necessarily recall the source of the content but have faith in the search engines algorithm at providing them the best answer to their queries.

- The person responsible for the bebeautiful will work with the content partner to ensure that the KPIs on BeBe are delivered in full.

- Additionally, this person will lead the creation of a new e-comm only beauty brand and create the mix from scratch along with a cross functional team to land in market by end of 2018.

JOB SUMMARY (JOB DESCRIPTION)

- As lead for Bebe, you will craft & lead digital strategy to unlock the power of the platform for all relevant PC brands

- Partner and support the local marketing brand teams based on key project needs connecting the BeBe eco-system to deliver an excellent consumer experience spanning across Media, Data, Content, Digital Capabilities, eCommerce and agency partners

- Auditing the organizational capability, you will prioritize strategic choices and activate them

- Cross discipline digital expertise including but not limited to Social and Search, UX, eCRM, Acquisition and retention marketing and emerging technology including voice and AI.

- Lead the strategy for new business models together with the local marketing teams

- White space for the identification and exploitation of new revenue streams eg Direct to consumer, commerce

- Elevate market learnings within Global category digital community to accelerate best practices across other markets

- Play a lead role in adoption of performance driven marketing at Unilever and upskilling the broader marketing teams in the category with digital expertise.

- Building digital capability of the organization.

- All BeBe input KPIs : Social reach, Video views, Website visits

- All Bebe output KPIs : increase in Bebe awareness and brand health scores

- Landing the new Ecomm PC brand OTIF by DQ- 18

KEY REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS)

- A rich understanding of beauty-content editorial. Has 5+ years of experience in this industry and is well versed with what beauty contents works for LSM 5+ audiences

- Is leading edge on understanding of the digital media landscape. Must be curious and open to trying & learning new things.

- High degree of drive and initiative is a must. Must be okay with ambiguity and be able to structure it into some more tangible

- High appreciation for beauty and the world of beauty products is critical

- Must have working knowledge of marketing - since he/she will lead the creation of a new brand.

- Must work well with cross functional teams and external partners seamlessly to deliver results

- Experience in content development & Marketing must.(Must share the content link while applying).
