Marketing Intern (0-2 yrs)

Mumbai Job Code: 24030

Hi I am Sameer, don't let education or experience fool you. I have been a lifelong entrepreneur and this is my story.

We all love babies or at least find them cute, but ever wondered why it is so difficult to ignore the sound of a crying baby when you are trapped aboard a train or airplane- Scientists have found that our brains are hard-wired to respond strongly to the sound, making us more attentive and priming our bodies to help whenever we hear it - even if we're not the baby's parents.

THE SCIENCE:

While in utero, a baby is suspended in amniotic fluid and gently swayed and jostled from every shift in the body position, as well as lulled by constant motion and sounds from heart beats, blood flow, and other bodily functions. The sounds inside the womb have been recorded as high as 80-90 decibels- nearly as loud as a vacuum cleaner or hairdryer!

After emerging from nine months in a warm cocoon of constant motion and white noise, it's no wonder new babies often - cry for no reason.- Through his work with newborns, pediatrician Dr. Harvey Karp found that most fussy babies are soothed by harnessing the calming reflex through - shushing- and constant motion reminiscent of the womb. But driving around the block, endlessly bouncing up and down, and other soothing techniques are exhausting for already overwhelmed and sleep-deprived parents.

I FOUND THE SOLUTION TO THIS NEVER ENDING PARENTAL PROBLEM !!

The device provides the reassurance of the womb by combining the comfort of vibrations with white noise. We are manufacturing this device in India and are planning to carpet-bomb major cities in the coming months.

Currently a team of 4, we started the development process towards the end of 2017 and are ready to launch our product & services in Mumbai & Delhi by March 2018.

Looking for : YOU

- You'll be in the operations role, constantly innovate, contribute to the noise at the boardroom during brainstorming sessions, establish processes and systems & ensure the deliverable takes place on-time, on-budget and is simply the best! The role will also be very hands-on, so we are looking for people willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.

- If you have the hunger to make it big, drive to create a huge impact, the courage to face uncertainty, the willingness to take the risk and would like to work directly with the CEO, then get in touch with us. But instead of just a CV, tell us a problem you have solved in the operations/ manufacturing sector and how did you overcome those challenges.

Welcome to the crazy team of innovators.
