Marketing/Growth Hacking Role (2-8 yrs)

We are looking for a Marketing/Growth person who can bring creative energy and also drive innovations. As you manage high impact initiatives related to growing the company's business, we also expect you to take charge hands-on with the team.

In this position, you will take charge of setting goals for the company and see them through the planning, budgeting, execution, evaluation and corrective action. You will have the ability to quickly identify, prioritize, and execute on opportunities that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities :

- Utilize marketing intelligence to identify key segments and using a targeted approach to double down on areas with high returns

- Experimenting, designing and developing marketing campaign strategies, & drive execution of global campaigns in collaboration with the product.

- Correctly allocating budget on ad campaigns for sales growth and new business development.

- Partner with product marketing and the brand team to identify content and creativity to support marketing campaigns across all digital platforms.

- Maintain a data-first approach to continually measure and optimize the performance of campaigns, ads and other digital activities.

- Staying highly active on all relevant platforms to stay aware of industry and market trends

- You must design and implement metrics to monitor the success of all the internal processes, and refine the process flow based on actual on-ground feedback

- Working closely with the Tech and Product team to solve problems at the ground level using technology.

Requirements:

- 2-6 years of work experience

- Passionate about gaming industry/ Ed-tech industry

- Analytical mindset and problem-solving comes naturally to you

- Desire to understand consumer behavior and mindset

- Understand and love technology. You see every problem from a technology lens and implement it from a marketing perspective

- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment

- Curious about metrics, execution processes and keeping an eye out for details
