Marketing & Executive Assistant to MD - Branding & Public Relations - Chemicals (2-6 yrs)

Reporting to : MD
Work Hours : Mon- Sat- 9.30-6.30pm (Sat on prior request - can take off)

KRAS:
- Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
- Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
- Handles Branding & PR for the MD & Company
- Handles website & corporate literatures
- Monitering the HR team & Mktg team performance, understand and fill gaps and provide strategies for improvement
- Other administrative work, travel logistics if any
Executive Assistant Skills : Reporting Skills, Commercial Acumen,Micro & Macro understanding of Business, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Equipment Maintenance, Travel Logistics, Verbal & Oral Communication
Qualifications : Grad with a PG preferred
