For Category - Brand and Platform GrowthPlace of Work - Mumbai

Key responsibilities :

Business Management :

- Develops and manages new category planning and commercial rollouts (such as for Gaming, News, etc)

- Develops and manages innovation strategy and commercial rollouts (such as for VR, etc)

- Creates and presents the business models for new programs to support growth strategies and consumption targets

- Explores and develops strategic assessments for products and categories, reflecting competitive and consumer trends, and market needs.

- Delivers analysis (financial, consumption) to influence strategic plans

- Applies and analyses consumer insights and market research to gain an understanding of consumer, competitive environment, emerging behavior and digital ecosystem for the product or category, in order to determine new growth opportunities.

What to bring :

- Progressive experience in strategic marketing or product/brand/category management, (8+ years).

- Project leadership in a cross-functional environment, (3-5 years).

- Experienced in business planning and feasibility analysis.

- Experience leading the development of new products/categories/ innovation strategy from conception to implementation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Functions effectively with ambiguity.
