Marketing & Customer Experience Role (1-3 yrs)
Job Brief
We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic & driven CRM Manager to join our team and implement improvements to the CRM processes, propose methods to acquire & retain customers and participate in growth campaigns.
Responsibilities of a CRM Manager :
- Developing, implementing and managing retention marketing tactics to deliver increased purchase frequency and value to meet business objectives.
- Analysing data from retention marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements.
- Planning, managing and negotiating multiple digital campaigns with third parties where necessary.
- Supporting the eCommerce Director on strategic planning and budget decisions.
-Developing overall business operations and awareness campaigns, overseeing performance analysis and updating where necessary.
- Supporting optimisation of email and automated communication flows, developing new flows to make best use of insights in timing, targeting and content.
- Building and managing campaigns with messaging to customers or clients customised according to lifecycle stage and engagement level.
- Monitoring competitor campaigns to inform and shape the client's future strategy and tactics.
-Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy
Key Requirements :
- Must have solid prior experience in a similar role.
-Must have experience in SQL data extraction, overseeing and driving campaigns and projects.
- Analytical, data-driven, and well-versed in Excel.
- Detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments.
