- Should have an excellent verbal/oral communication & presentation skills
- Should have managed Marketing for B2B brands or B2B businesses in the past
- Should have attention to detail, should live & breath branding/brand building
- Background in design or copywriting is a plus
- Educational background in Media or Mass Communication is a plus
- Should have an ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced cross-functional teams
- Should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, strong business acumen, good network, can commit and take ownership; should have high EQ
