- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities : 

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to attract new sellers to the marketplace and increase customer engagement.

- Build and maintain relationships with sellers.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.

- Negotiate and finalize agreements with sellers.

- Analyze marketplace performance metrics and develop strategies to optimize performance.

- Provide regular updates on marketplace performance to senior management.

- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.

- Target Oriented.

Requirements : 

- Market Knowledge

- Communication and Negotiation skills

- Ability to build rapport

- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

- Proven ability to deliver results and meet or exceed revenue targets.

Experience : 

- HSC and above

- Freshers can also apply

- Experience in sales and field sales is appreciated

Salary : 

Salary range : 18k - 22k

- Incentives will be provided
