Please find the below Job Description for the profile of Key Account Executive (QC and Discounts updation). We are looking forward for a team member who can handle the updation of discounts for all our clients as well as will do quality check (QC) for all the products updated for our clients.

Onboarding:

- Handling customer service and provide correct information.

- Following up with Vendors for Documents and marketplace agreements as per the requirement of the team.

- Reaching out to new and existing customers and explaining them the online Business process.

- Registration Process for All Marketplace.

- Maintain the Vendor Information and document on system.

Listing [uploading]:

- Required to compile comprehensive information of inventory and photos.

- Verify product catalogues and ensure that problems must be identified & fixed before the product goes live on the website.[QC]

- Following up with Marketplace for Product listing matters as per the Master.

- Preparing Marketplace excel sheets for Uploading products.

- Managing the Listing panel to Review & Activate the products on online Marketplace.

Cataloguing [PIS Dept.]

- Handling customer service and escalations from Customers
 
- Should be able to handle sales on various Market places.

- Sustaining long term business relations with vendors to get new product line and maintain existing flow of products continuously.

- Required to compile comprehensive information of inventory and photos

- Verify product catalogues and ensure that problems must be identified & fixed before the product goes live on the website.[QC]

- Managing the Catalog & share the products submitted by Vendors with Listing team.

- Following up with Vendors for any other PIS matters as per the requirement of the team

- Preparing weekly MIS report, as per format, for team review.

- Monitoring competitors websites and being update about latest trends in the Ecommerce business which leads to offering innovative and unique products for our company website.

- Majorly required for the updation of discounts assigned and approved by clients for their brands.

- Coordinating with Key Account Managers to understand the discount updation.

Criteria:

Industry Experience: Ecommerce.

- 1+ years of experience in similar role

- Very good knowledge and skills in MS Excel

- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.

- Ability to perform under pressure and stressful conditions

- Good analytical & communication skills

- Experience in dealing with vendors and courier partners via call and mail.

- Ability to manage team.
