- Margdarshak is an initiative of Careerlinked Education Council, an apex organization setup under section 8 of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.
- Margdarshak has developed authentic career guidance tools for school students in assessing their strengths and choosing a career to their strengths.
- The role involves meeting parents whose son/ daughter is studying in 8th class and above and making them buy our career guidance tools.
- The role also involves assisting Career Education Officer in conducting career assessment and counseling, in accompanying to Schools to meet Principals etc.
- This is a target-based role where you are expected to make a minimum of 30 sales per month.
- Anyone interested to make a career in career counseling can also apply.
- For freshers, fixed CTC is INR 20,000 per month.
- For experienced candidate in career counseling, higher designation & salary is not a constraint.
- Travel allowance is INR 3,000 per month.
- Bonus incentives based on half-yearly performance.
