Position Overview :

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Market Development and Innovation leaders to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and curating various sales outsourcing products, conducting market research, developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, testing pilot projects, and optimizing service based on feedback.

- This role will be leading sales operations for various clients' domains.

- Driving organization P&L and growth under the vision of the organization.

- Building strategy & driving the entire sales and support team to make sure growth goal for all clients are getting met on time.

- Maintaining and motivating the sales team.

- Emphasis is on providing business insights and managing end-to-end service delivery

- Structure service solutions based on detail analytics to address the business of clients.

- Provide business acumen and hypothesis for issues of clients

- Effectively guide the team around quality service delivery on time

- Documenting and presenting work directly to clients as required

- Liaison and build relationships with the client

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant domain is welcome to apply

- 3-5 years experience, preferably in large sales management consulting or Corporate with a passion for working in sales.

- Hands on experience in maintaining and reading sales reports and metrics.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- People Manager with demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to take initiative

- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining large sales teams spread in different locations.

- Strong record of achievement, solid market exposure, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
