We are hiring for Admission Counsellor for Kolkata - Salt Lake Location.

Job Responsibilities :
- Provide Pre sales counselling
- Review and propose information onprocess and deadlines proactively
- Ensure higher conversion by being single point of interface with all customer.
- Ensure benefits and advantages of enrolment are shared with student
- Support enrollment process
- Address questions on Visa, travel
- Coordinate with respective team for the product services
- Ensure good customer service
- Gather & Collate accurate client information on an enquiry form and timely
- Maintain inventory of student
- Ensure conversion of from telephonic leads
- Maintain confidentiality
- Efficient & appropriate communication to students related batch details & timelines
- Proactively up selling and cross selling relevant products
students, to guide them onprocedures. Promote the outreach programs among the studentroles as learner cum trainee.
