- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales efforts for our cutting-edge SaaS products in the United States market. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in US sales, particularly in the SaaS industry, with a minimum of 18 to 20 years of relevant experience. The Sales Head will be responsible for driving the growth of our SaaS products, leading the sales team, and contributing to overall strategic initiatives to expand market share.

Responsibilities :

1. Sales Leadership :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team quotas.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high-performance within the sales team.

2. Market Expansion :

- Identify and prioritize target markets and segments for SaaS product adoption.

- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships to increase market penetration and brand visibility.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to refine strategies.

3. Revenue Generation :

- Manage key client relationships and negotiations to drive high-value deals.

- Develop pricing strategies and ensure effective value communication to customers.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and features with customer needs.

4. Sales Process Enhancement :

- Implement and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and tools to streamline operations.

- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and performance enhancement.

- Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.

5. Team Development :

- Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent that aligns with the company's culture and objectives.

- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and professional development to the sales team.

- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

- Provide insights from the field to inform product enhancements and future roadmap decisions.

- Work with finance and operations to ensure sales processes are aligned with organisational goals.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of 18 to 20 years in US sales, with substantial experience in the SaaS industry.

- Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales performance analytics tools.

- Strong understanding of SaaS product value propositions and the ability to communicate them effectively.
