Job Title : Project Manager - Sales

Location : Vijayawada (AP)

Qualification : Graduation / Post Graduation

Experience : 6+ yrs

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage all aspects of Project life cycle of Sales.

- Oversee Biometrics project to provide metrics for reporting to executive team on business case ROI.

- Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes to assemble input into business case.

- Produce and own commercial sales model; developing and maintaining funding and pricing tools; calculating income, expenditure and risk profiles, and conducting cost/benefit analyses to support our employer focused provision.

- Develop and oversee detailed project plans of sales and activities related to sales.

- Identify, analyze and recommend business systems solutions to management having broad business impact.

- Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.

- Provide project sales leadership, work direction and feedback.

- Provide the commercial team with support and expertise in the development of bids and commercial proposals; checking funding and planning assumptions and providing appropriate support with issues arising.

- Convey and report status to executives, global business partners and all other key stakeholders.

- Identify and highlight areas of growth and or efficiency in delivery and suggest alternatives.

- Attend meetings, working groups, working parties etc. as necessary and progress any funding and planning issues arising with and/or on behalf of the team as appropriate.

- Help to ensure the Commercial Directorate promote equality and diversity in all that it does.

Job Requirements :

- Good experience in Sales and Business Development activities for Projects.

- Should have experience in Biometrics Products.

- Should have experience in handling large scale projects.

- Excellent & Effective communication and presentation skills.

- Should be able to relocate anywhere in India for the project purpose.

- Experience of supporting bids and sales proposals, managing risk and converting to successful activity.

- Strong numeracy, analytical and judgment skills, utilizing a range of internal and commercial IT systems.

- A good understanding of different sales strategy and tools and methodology.

- Strong commercial acumen.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people at all levels within the organization.

- Attention to detail.

- Responsive and supportive with strong time management skills and the ability to respond to multiple requests.

- Highly self-motivated, positive, - can do- attitude.

- High ethical and professional standards; a strong commitment to the high standards and ethos of the department and to the vision and values of the college.
