Job Title : Manager - Project Sales

Qualification : Graduation / Post Graduation

Experience : 8+ yrs.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Experience in handling Sales activity for Access Control System (ACS) / Biometrics (Attendance System) systems in leading Sales role with Indian/ MNC companies.

- Must have technical Acumen to understand client's requirement on various systems and feed the same to Central Presales team .

- Must have sound technical knowledge on operating principle of mentioned systems.

- Should have added experience/ knowledge on Attendance Management / Access control Systems vide Bio Metric Reader, Access Control/ Attendance Software, Face Recognition Technology, AADHAR mechanism for attendance etc.

- Should have experience in Project Sales in Industry/Corporate

- Should have performed in sales role with per annum target of around 10 Cr. INR/-

- Good acceptable face in front of client. Street Smart attitude to understand under current at customer's side.

- Ability to connect to key decision makers.

- Ability to identify various opportunities and generate requirements / leads etc.

- Efficient performer throughout sales cycle till closure of orders etc.

- Enthusiastic to meet new customers, establish and develop new relationship, carry esteemed image for the company .

- To provide important feedback from customer/ market to Central management team.

- To prepare quarterly business plans, share weekly status on funnels, to participate in daily review calls etc.

-  Updating self and progressive technology trends and accordingly should be able to derive what is good for customer.

- To take care of existing customer, contribute to bringing repeat orders from existing customer, establish new customers .

- Should be able to lead / participate seminars set for clients/ business growth etc.

- Clean and transparent hand over to project department.

-  Up to date in preparing MoMs, recording key interactions taken place with customer, sharing same to management on regular basis.
