Mantra Labs is looking for a Content Marketer to join our rapidly growing organization as a critical part of the marketing team. This is the perfect opportunity for a self-motivated, determined content expert to create a massive impact for a disruptive InsurTech start-up.


We are looking to hire a stellar content marketing professional who will :


- Execute the long & short term content strategy for the organization


- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)


- Use content as a channel to engage senior leaders in the insurance/insurtech, digital health and consumer internet domains - leading to improvement in inbound lead generation


- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content


- Interact and interview with Senior members of the industry/customers to gather insights


- Edit, proofread and optimize content considering SEO, Google Analytics and analyze web traffic metrics


- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels


- Tell a story using the power of presentations


What Are We Looking For :


- 1 to 3 years of experience in content marketing for SaaS enterprises


- Very strong written and verbal communication skills


- Experience reading and analyzing data to gain actionable insights


- Ability to interact with senior leadership internally and externally to gather insights


- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously


- Ability to think strategically and implement with excellence


- A growth mindset and passion about building things from the ground up and most importantly, you should be fun to work with.


- Bonus Skills: Experience with infographics/minor visual assets creation
