Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities :
- Be overall responsible for the sales and marketing function including meetings KPI's
- Assist in the digital strategy for marketing from lead generation to conversion
- Manage the calling / sales team
- Creation of marketing material / content on an ongoing basis
- Drive sales effectively through digital channels
- Investment / concept selling ( We do not engage in traditional real estate sales)
- Stay involved and close sales personally, the role will not be supervisory only in nature
- Will include customer face to face meetings and personal sales targets
