Job Description :
- Generating new business
- Payment follows up with clients and maintaining DSO
- Generates repeat business through successful client follow - up. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates trading customer on an ongoing basis.
- Ensuring to achieving annual sales target which assured by senior management
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
- Issue resolution time and monitoring customer feedback
- Preparing cost sheet with the help of estimation team
- Evaluate customer research , market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed
- Visiting regularly to client as per requirement
- Maintain cordial relations with company's existing set of customers and meet their expectations for new developments.
Qualification : MBA/PG in management
