Manipal Technologies - Merchant Engagement Manager (3-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Acquire new merchants with focus on acquiring large format stores.
2. Engage with merchants and ensure we are the preferred partner for sales finance.
3. Devise and run in store promotional activities at the merchant outlets resulting in incremental sales.
4. Retention of existing merchants and portfolio management.
5. Run training programs for merchant partners.
6. Responsible for meeting targets on acquiring new merchants and sales finance volume.
7. Responsible for managing multiple locations.
Skills Required:
- Minimum graduation with 3-7 years of experience in direct sales/relationship management.
- Candidate must have experience of team handling skills.
