Roles & Responsibilities

1. Monitors and reports on service delivery metrics and overall service level performance of each client.

2. Implement and manage all parts of the client experience - Entry, service, liaison, exit and transition within the area of responsibility.

3. Coordinate with HO for effective delivery of products and services (for which support from HO is required) and track the same.

4. Meet clients on monthly basis and collect feedback.

5. In case of complaints which are serious in nature need to meet the customer and resolve the same immediately with the help of internal team.

6. Maintain all documents related to Agreement, Purchase Order etc and initiate renewal prior to expiry.

7. Coordinate with Process, IT, Dispatch, Operations and KAS with regard to all service delivery matters and delivery of Products and services.

8. Ensure quality of practice meets contractual requirements, legal obligations and organizational policy and procedures.

9. Collect Customer feedback form for each quarter during customer visit and take inputs from clients for improvement in service level and list out scope for value addition.

10. Check, if all invoices have been raised for a particular month and also support in payment follow ups as and when required.

11. Develop and manage day-to-day relationships with clients & maintain good relationship for developing loyal customers.

12. Prepare periodic reports and provide necessary inputs/data for the preparation of inter departmental MIS reports.

13. Monthly presentation for the Unit containing the required details which will give a picture of the overall performance.

14. Help in improving overall process improvement for regular/periodic job

15. Handle any other responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time.
