Manger - Business Development - Insurance (3-6 yrs)
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Business Development Manager to help us build up our business activity
Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representative
- Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders
- Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Desired Candidate Profile :
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : Minimum 3+ years in sales and marketing
Age : Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years
