We are looking for a sales executive with prior experience in Gurgaon. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities for our luxury real estate business. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.


Responsibilities :

- Meet and exceed sales targets

- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

- Manage an order book of clients and reconcile payables for our luxury real estate business

- Create and compile property information for our website and clients' perusal

- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

- Travel to property locations to showcase our clients

- Manage a high volume of incoming calls

Requirements :

- 2-3 years sales experience in Real Estate

- Must Have Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal and Written).

- Experience and working knowledge of office tools

- Demonstrable track record of maintaining existing client network

- Thorough knowledge of Gurgaon area

- Should have own Bike with licence
