DESCRIPTION

Your role:

360 degree recruitment, handling both candidate and client sides of the recruitment process to ensure both high quality and results-driven service whilst maintaining strong relationships and excellent customer service with both parties.

Your responsibilities:

- Create new client proposal with detailed recruiting strategy, market information and successful assignments

- Use business development and networking techniques to attract business from NEW client companies

- Being a partner of the client by offering advice on their hiring strategy, training plan, career progression and business decisions

- Interact with the decision makers / hiring and HR managers to completely understand their recruiting needs and the position(s) they want to fill

- Build a client base by developing a strong relationship with each client, learning about their company/industry and products/services

- Nurture the client to get repeat orders by visiting and communicating with the clients closely

- Offer advice to clients on compensation, designation and various conditions

- Manage members to deliver the assignments by time and expectation management of both clients and candidates

- Mentor the members and train them to improve their various recruiting techniques

- Identify suitable candidates to present to your clients within our existing candidate database

- Conducting both face-to-face and phone interviews with candidates to qualify them for the open positions

- Create candidate mapping report when necessary

- Manage timeline of the sourcing to suit client SLA

- Actively promote, and explain RGF Brand's unique selling points within the recruitment industry
