Responsibilities :Recruiting, Training, Managing, Retaining, Field Managers and Teams of Sales Agents, Development of Field Force, Increasing Loyal Customer Base by Managing a Sales Team to Sell Company Products, Responsible for Fair, and Courteous Treatment to All Customers, Developing Business Channels, Participation in Trade Exhibitions, Attracting Leaders from Trade with their Fully Experienced Sales Teams to work for us, Successfully Convince Major Accounts.

Team Management - Team training on an as-needed basis. Monitor the day-to-day work of all concerned team members, Communicate and meet with Principal on an as-needed basis. To adhere to a Mandatory Code of Conduct, integrity, respect, social responsibility, complying with all laws, regulations, policies and contractual requirements from Principal.

Field Sales Officers :

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Ensuring that sales associates quality and quantity of sales effort meets company expectations. Identifies deficiencies in skills among sales associates managed, and works to improve individuals- capabilities through effective coaching, development, and training. Recruits, hires, and develops associates, Positively impacts the performance of individual sales team members by implementing and managing field support tools, including training programs, productivity initiatives, account and territory planning methodologies, and customer communication tools.

- Builds and maintains strong customer relationships. Directly manages a team of eight sales associates. Works closely with Customer Service and Field Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction, and high levels of field sales support. This position requires driving the team in the assigned territory. Must have Reliable Vehicle and a Laptop. - -
