What you will do :
- Drive end to end account management of the assigned Universities- from client onboarding, training and building strong retention strategy.
- Conduct regular meetings (physical & virtual meet) with the clients.
- Serve as SPOC from India and own the enrollment target assigned for each university partner
- Handle escalations and resolve them within reasonable time.
- Create SOPs to minimize operational issues or future grievances.
- Build Supply intel and manage effective shortlisting of partner universities.
- Manage Uniconnect, University Webinar and similar events to boost client engagement.
- Work closely with the accounts to claim and collect commissions.
What you will need :
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree from a well-reputed institution (experience in international education and master's degree or MBA is preferred)
- At least two years of experience in business development involving International Clients.
- 1-2 years of experience with Excel and data analysis
- A solution-oriented mindset and a high level of ownership.
- Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate between cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
