Manager - Tender Sales - Telecom (3-10 yrs)

Education: BE/B Tech in EnTC/IT/ CS preferred with a thorough understanding of technology (Telecom & IT)

Major Responsibilities would be :

- Minimum experience of 3+ years in field sales /business development out of which at least the last 1 years should be in securing Government business in Telecom /IT/E Governance.

Should be comfortable with understanding RFPs, preparing compliances, both technical and commercial. He also should be able to work on preparing Technical write-ups, Approach and methodology etc while responding the RFP.

- Clear understanding on importance of PQs/TQs/Eligibility criteria incorporated in RFPs. Experience of discussion with decision makers and Consultants , handling PoCs independently, mapping key decision makers.

- The job involves travel across the Region, often at short notice and tremendous poise, maturity and patience to build a prospect funnel for the Company's portfolio of solutions for Smart Cities/ Municipal Corporations.

- The candidate shall be trained by the Business Head and the Government Projects team at HO and shall regularly interact with the HO team for all Government Business opportunities, while working as a team with the concerned Branch Heads (matrix reporting ) in his/her Region of posting.

- The candidate needs to be strong in both verbal and written Executive Communication ,comfortable with meeting and forming a rapport with new people with an outgoing, confident personality to make a good first impression on prospective decision makers.
