Job Description :

Sales Manager is accountable for driving the Channels objectives within his team. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and handles a team of HBL Tele Sales Executives. The SM is responsible for driving Business Volumes, maintaining the required quality of sourcing as described by the Bank, general administration within the Team, Liaison with HBL HR team for recruitment and People Management. SM is also responsible for ensuring compliance or auditory and Regulatory requirement with in his team.

Expected End Results Major Activities

Target Achievement To achieve the Business Budgets allocated

To ensure manpower (HBL) capacitation at all times in line with budget.

To monitor TSE productivity and actively contribute in bringing the TSEs up the Productivity Curve

To closely monitor the business trends and make amends whenever necessary to arrest deviations in the sourcing patterns and ensure compliance with the Policy

Adherence to Auditory and Regulatory Mandates To be 100% compliant on all Regulatory and Auditory Mandates and that the Team conducts business strictly in accordance with due Process Compliance.

Complaint Management To investigate into customer complaints and provide reverts to the Channels Central Team and also the respective Complaints Handling teams towards closure within TAT.

Interaction with HR & X sell teams Liaise with the HBL HR for completion of Manpower Modules.

Interaction with X sells teams with in OCC for lead generation.
