Manager - Telesales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company
- Convert prospective customers using scripts
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner
- Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer need
- Selling health insurance over the call, by considering the organization need
- Educating the customers online regarding health policy buying process
- To be focused on the quality of call and to give customer a better experience
- Develop product presentations and demonstrations to customer
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should be a graduate
- Fluency in Hindi/English Any regional language
- Should be residing in thane or any nearby this location
- Salary up 2.50 to 4.50 per Annam
