Job Description:
- Achieving Revenue& Sales Targets
- Managing a team of Telesales Officers to deliver on the Sales Targets
- Managing both external & in-house call centre
- Running Regular R&R Programs to motivate the team
- Training the team regularly to improve their selling skills & product knowledge
- Ensuring Customer Acquisition Cost is within the set limits
- Handling Customer Escalation Calls for closing sales
Requirement:
- Post Graduation/Graduation
- 2 to 5 year of experience as team leader or team manager in an outbound call centre for sales process
- Experience in Health Insurance Product will be preferred
- Candidate should be able to speak Kannada fluently
