Manager - Telesales - Customer Relationship - Gold Loan (1-7 yrs)
We are hiring for Customer Relationship Officer (Voice Process) for one of our reputed company in JP Nagar, Bangalore.
Job Description :
- Own and deliver on a part of business targets for a particular geography
- Own a defined chunk of the customer journey and ensure customer delight through our conversations in that chunk
- Be the Personal Gold Loan Advisor to our customers and ensure their needs are met in a time bound manner
- Be the face of Rupeek to the customers and ensure high customer engagement, satisfaction and retention
- Adapt to new customer situations seamlessly and anticipate new kinds of queries from the customer to improve the processes
Experience :
Experience of 1+ years in telephonic sales/support at a premier call centre setup
UG/PG
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication skills: super fluent in English and Kannada
- Excellent comprehension: Listen - Understand - Analyse - Respond
- Good typing skills and basic computer knowledge
- Amicable personality; must be a delight to talk to
- Must be customer-focused and sales oriented
- Must be passionate about the job, willing to put in extra effort whenever required
Work Location : Bangalore
Salary upto 3.5 LPA
