- Monitoring the performance of telesales team
- Setting daily, weekly and monthly sales target
- Setting daily calling target
- Maintaining customer relationship
- Handling customer complaints
- Compiling and presenting sales reports
- Lead/Prospect Generation
- Generating Appointments through telesales team for field sales
- Telecalling - for Customer Feedback, Testimonial, Business Generation
